BFBN Week: Knowing when and how to transition to one nap

Last day of this BFBN week!  Today Katrina from Mama’s Organized Chaos is talking about how to transition from two naps to one nap.  This can be a tough transition.  The timing of it varies from kid to kid, and sometimes it feels like day to day!   Ben transitioned later, more around 18 months.  It took some trial and error to figure out what worked best for him, and he still sometimes grabs a catnap in independent playtime if we have been really busy.  We got through the transition though, which is what counts.  Katrina has a lot of tips that will help out!

I hope this week was helpful!  I really liked the posts the ladies had this week, and will be getting a lot of use out of them.  Be sure to go back and check out what all the ladies have to say.  Next week we’ll get back to updates on what Ben, Ali, and Sammy have been up to!!
