Perks of working for family

There are a lot of perks to working for family.  A big perk is having a boss who understands why we are late to work some times.

Yesterday, Ben and I walked out of our house to something amazing.  A giant truck sitting right in our front yard.  I’m not entirely sure what it was doing, but it was big and therefore super neat to Ben.  We did the only thing we could do- sat on the porch and watched it for a few minutes.

I texted Omi, who of course understood our delay.  Fortunately we weren’t too late.  But Ben loves trucks, and I loved seeing his joy.
